Tuition includes all texts, learning and resource materials, technology, Week Without Walls (WWW) (up to RMB 5,000), library and database membership, high-speed/wireless internet access, sports and fitness facility access for academic purposes.

Note: Additional fees may apply for interscholastic travel/activities or activities operated by outside vendors. IMPORTANT: The cost to repair lost or broken technology devices is the responsibility of the parent for which the device is issued.


Tuition is payable in RMB. Late penalties will apply. Payment in US Dollars or another currency must be arranged prior to payment with the finance office. The currency exchange rate for the school year 2024-2025 is: 1 US Dollar = 7.0 Chinese RMB. A 2% per month Late Payment Fee will be assessed on all overdue payments and will not be included in the fapiao amount.

Deposit Fee and Tuition

Deposit Fee and Tuition for Re-enrolled Students

The school calls for re-enrollment in early March. Parents are asked to please respond to the re- enrollment call as per the prescribed schedule. A non-refundable deposit of 40,000 RMB will be billed to the parents or the designated payer once the Admissions Office receives confirmed re- enrollment decisions. This deposit payment must be made on or before April 23rd to RESERVE the child’s class placement for the new school year. Failure to receive the deposit payment by the due date may result in the child being placed on a waitlist.

The total amount of the deposit payment will be credited toward the child's tuition fees for the upcoming academic year. The remaining balance of the tuition fees will be billed in May and will be due on or before June 5th prior to the new school year.

If a continuing student withdraws their re-enrollment before the new school year starts, the paid invoice will be refunded less the RMB 40,000 non-refundable deposit.

Deposit Fee and Tuition for New Students SY24-25

Before May 15, 2024A non-refundable tuition deposit of 40,000 RMB will be billed to the parents or designated payer after an admissions acceptance result is delivered to the parents. The deposit is due within 7 calendar days starting from the receipt date of the invoice. The total amount of the deposit payment will be credited toward the child's tuition fees for the upcoming academic year. The remainder of the tuition fee will be billed in May and due on or before June 5th.

On or After May 15, 2024, and Before the New School Year StartsNew students accepted between May 15th and the start of the new school year will be billed full tuition. The due date for tuition payment is on or before June 5th,or within 7 calendar days whichever is later.

We kindly request parents to make the payment promptly as our staffing needs are related. If payment is not received by the due date, the seat may be released. Please help us avoid this unpleasant situation.

If a student withdraws after accepting admission for the next academic year and before the new school year starts, the paid invoice will be refunded less the RMB 40,000 non-refundable deposit.

Entry After School Year Starts

New students enrolling after the start of the school year, will be billed tuition on a prorated basis.

Withdrawal After School Year Starts

If a student withdraws any time prior to January 31st during the current school year, 40% of the full tuition paid will be refunded. If a student withdraws from February 1st to March 31st, 20% will be refunded. After March 31st no refunds will be made.

Parents should send an email to the division academic offices to request the withdrawal form. Completed withdrawal forms should be submitted to at least 30 days prior to the student’s last day of school.

Overdue Payments

In the case of financial delinquency, any student whose tuition is outstanding will not be allowed to attend school until payment is made. Questions about bills and payments should be directed to the finance office.

Tuition Adjustment

In the unfortunate event of a fiscal crisis or force majeure, the school can revise fees at any time during the school year.

Important Note

The enrollment of any student is a private contract between the parent and the school, regardless of any arrangement the parent may have with an employer concerning the payment of school fees. The parent always remains responsible for the payment of all school fees.

4. Meal Fees

Meals and snacks are optional for Day students and compulsory for Boarding students. Meal fees are charged annually. Prices are subject to change.

Terms and Conditions 

AXIS will provide school lunch and snack to students after the funds have been received.

Cancellation Policy  

If your child / children wish to cancel your meal program a notice must be sent five (5) days in advance to

Refunds will be processed at the end of each semester (January and June).

The calculated refund fee will only be sent to the original payment sources. (Bank Account Transfer Only) .

Absentee Policy 

To qualify for an absentee refund five (5) days notice is required and a student for over five (5) days before a refund is payable. 

Any school day that is cancelled due to an unforeseen occurrence such as power outage, typhoon, pandemic, etc., does not qualify for a refund.
