Secondary Career Day 初高中生职业探索日

On May 25, AXIS hosted its very first Career Day on campus. This event was open to the entire secondary school. Students participated in a variety of activities and gained new experiences, as well as deeper insights into job searching and career pathways.

In the morning, students attended a Career Panel Discussion in the Auditorium. Two professionals from different fields were invited to share their career journeys and answer students’ questions.

After the panel discussion, students moved to the gym for a Mock Job Fair. Students from Grades 6 to 12 brought their CVs and lined up for interviews. The interviewers included representatives from real companies, along with AXIS teachers acting as mock interviewers. With a variety of positions and industries to choose from, students had the opportunity to experience the interview process, practice their communication skills, and explore future career possibilities.

In the afternoon, students were divided into groups based on their interests. They then visited different companies and shops they had signed up for. This was a great opportunity to explore workplace settings across various industries and observe professionals in their daily work. Even the regular company tours offered a fresh and more professional perspective this time.

For many students, it was a brand-new experience—and a great moment to begin thinking about their future career pathways.
