AXIS Staff Orientation: Preparing for Success! 从世界到课堂 – 教职员工培训

As we gear up for the new school year, AXIS is excited to welcome back our returning teachers and extend a warm welcome to the new members of our staff! This year, we kicked off with a comprehensive 7-day New Staff Orientation, ensuring that all our educators are fully prepared for the journey ahead.

Our new staff members come from 9 different countries and bring years of teaching experience from Singapore, the USA, and the United Kingdom etc. Some of them worked in prestigious international schools. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise will undoubtedly enhance our vibrant, multicultural environment.

Our training program covered a wide range of important topics, including school safety, CPR, and First Aid, as well as behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment. We also updated staff on visa-related policies, finance protocols, and child protection policy to support our school’s growth.

In addition to these essential workshops, our HR department worked closely with our newly hired foreign teachers to help them settle into their new lives in China. With guidance on using popular apps such as TaoBao, Pupu, Didi, Meituan, WeChat, and Alipay, they are now ready to navigate daily life with ease.

To wrap it all up, our teachers spent time working alongside their Learning Partners in classrooms, refining their teaching practices and preparing for an inspiring year ahead.

We are thrilled to have such a dedicated and well-prepared team ready to support our students, and we look forward to an exciting and productive year at AXIS!

除了这些必要的工作坊，我们的人力资源部门与新聘的外籍教师紧密合作，帮助他们在中国安顿下来。通过指导他们使用淘宝、滴滴、美团、微信和支付宝等热门应用，他们现在能够轻松应对日常生活。

最后，我们的教师还与助教一起在教室中工作，完善他们的教学实践，为即将到来的启发性学年做好准备。
