AXIS STUCO: Trip to Leadership Conference 校外交流：学生会领导力不断升级

Secondary Student Council (STUCO) members Gill, Nick, Adrian, and Jacob recently represented AXIS at the first-ever ACAMIS Student Leadership Conference in Shenzhen. Alongside student leaders from international schools across the region, they participated in collaborative workshops and discussions focused on student voice, innovation, and leadership. Our students shared ideas, received feedback on their projects, and explored how student-led initiatives can create positive change within their school communities. It was an inspiring experience that strengthened their leadership skills and highlighted the importance of collaboration and initiative.

At AXIS, student leadership development is woven into the fabric of school life through intentional programs and empowering opportunities. The school cultivates leadership by fostering a vibrant culture of student engagement – one in which students actively participate in STUCO elections and take on meaningful roles across a wide range of student-led clubs. 近日，我校中学部学生会成员Gill，Nick，Adrian和 Jacob代表AXIS参加在深圳举行的首届ACAMIS学生领导力会议，与来自同一个地区的国际学校学生会成员一起学习和互动。他们参加了以学生意见、创新和领导力为主题的合作工作坊和讨论会。我们的学生分享了自己的想法，收获了关于他们的项目反馈，并探讨了学生主导的举措如何能在学校社区内带来积极的改变。这是一次鼓舞人心的经历，增强了他们的领导能力，也突显了合作和创新的重要性。
