Embracing World Music: A Journey Beyond Borders 拥抱世界音乐之美

On June 11, the End-of-Year Performance for SY 24-25 was held on campus, celebrating the beauty of world music. Students from ECC to Secondary presented a diverse array of songs from countries including South Africa🇿🇦, Korea🇰🇷, Japan🇯🇵, Spain🇪🇸, the UK🇬🇧, America🇺🇸, Italy🇮🇹, Sweden🇸🇪, and Mexico🇲🇽.

This special event brought everyone together on stage to find their roles in the performance. Students collaborated with music teachers, homeroom teachers, and learning partners to create an unforgettable show. Some played instruments, while others sang and danced. Students showcased a variety of instruments, such as piano, handpans, melodica, xylophone, and drums. Many secondary students also delivered live band performances, highlighting their unity, creativity, and talent.

Music is a universal language that allows us to share our thoughts, ideas, emotions, and cultures. We celebrated our achievements from the school year while showcasing our talents and understanding of diverse cultures 🎶🌎🎉

6 月 11 日，24-25 学年年末演出在校园内举行，共同欣赏世界音乐之美。从幼儿园到中学部的学生们都带来了不同国家风格的歌曲，包括了南非🇿🇦、韩国🇰🇷、日本🇯🇵、西班牙🇪🇸、英国🇬🇧、美国🇺🇸、意大利🇮🇹、瑞典🇸🇪和墨西哥🇲🇽。

这次活动将所有人都聚集在舞台上，让他们在表演中都找到了自己的角色。学生们与音乐老师、主班老师以及助教老师们合作，共同打造了一场令人难忘的演出。舞台上，有些人演奏乐器，而其他人则表演唱歌和舞蹈。学生们展示了各种各样的乐器，如钢琴、手碟、口风琴、木琴和架子鼓。许多中学生还进行了现场乐队表演，展示了他们的团结、创造力和才华。

音乐是一种通用语言，通过音乐我们分享自己的想法、观点、情感和文化。学生们共同庆祝了本学年的成就与收获，同时也展示了各自的才能以及对多元文化的欣赏之情 🎶🌎🎉
