Spirit Strong, AXIS Pride 见证这一刻： 突破与成长

History was made in AXIS Sports last weekend by our U19 Football and U15 Volleyball teams!

The U19 Football team traveled to Dongguan, Guangdong, to participate in a Fujian vs. Guangdong Invitational Tournament hosted by AXIS this past Saturday. Competing outside of Xiamen was a great experience for the boys. The games were extremely competitive, but in the end, AXIS brought home second place, marking the school’s first-ever high school team sports trophy! Team captain Alhareth scored a total of four goals on the day of the competition.

The following day, more history was made back in Xiamen!

The U15 Volleyball teams, both boys and girls, showed the local FISSCA league what a year of hard work and dedication from players and coaches truly looks like. The transformation in both AXIS teams was inspiring. The boys fought valiantly in their tournament, finishing in third place, while the girls continued their historic run by defeating two other strong international schools. Then, our girls ultimately earned a third-place finish of their own. Both trophies mark the first in AXIS volleyball history!

We in the AXIS Sports Department are extremely proud of these athletes and their coaches, and we hope their accomplishments inspire the entire AXIS community to become more involved in sports here at the school, work hard, and strive for greatness!

上周末，AXIS体育校队在U19足球和U15排球上创造了历史！

U19足球队在上周六前往广东东莞，参加由AXIS主办的福建vs广东邀请赛。对于校队孩子们来说，走出厦门参加比赛是一次很棒的经历。比赛进行得很激烈，最终，AXIS获得第二名的成绩，赢得了学校高中校队历史上首座奖杯。值得一提的是，本届校队队长Alhareth同学在比赛当天的进球数共计四球。

接下来，也是周六这天，我们的学生们在厦门也同样创造着历史！

我校U15排球男队和女队，在本地FISSCA校际联赛上的优秀表现也正是这一年来所有运动员和教练员努力和付出的成果。这两支校队的成长令人欢欣鼓舞。男队在比赛中表现英勇，最终获得第三名。而女队则继续创造历史，战胜了另外两所实力强劲的国际学校。最终女队获得了第三名的好成绩。这两个奖杯也创造了AXIS排球校队的历史！

作为AXIS体育部成员的我们对于所有运动员和教练所取得的成就感到无比自豪，也期望他们取得的成就可以鼓舞整个AXIS社区，让更多的人加入学校的体育赛事和活动中，努力拼搏，共创佳绩！
